Fees and Processing

Applications for settlement can be made via post (majority of applications are processed within six months) or through a public enquiry office (majority of applications are processed with 24 hours); however, applications made through a public enquiry office are subject to a fee, are not open to all applicants, and are intended for straightforward applications only. As part of the process, biometric information (fingerprint and facial image data) is required to be collected.

There is a fee payment required for this visa and it may be updated from time to time, therefore please consult us prior to your application.
